Brian Nelson, President
After three years working in advertising and environmental design, Brian started his own consulting business in Dec. 1979. Like many small business owners, entrepreneurial experience was honed through hard work, learning from others and improving business management skills from the U of C Business Programs Dept.
Milena Radakovic, Vice President, MBA
Before joining Nexus, Milena had her own consulting firms, as a business professional with over fifteen years’ experience in strategic marketing, corporate communications, project management and business development in energy, oil & gas, high tech, commercial and industrial markets. She brings strong tactical skills with exceptional business acumen and analytical ability; passionate about customers and driving for business success.
Bryan Lokstet, Manager, Projects
Bryan Lokstet hails from a Media and Technology background. Trained in the media arts, he has managed campaigns and projects that include print, audio, video, web and interactive elements. Bryan's success in client satisfaction comes through his experience as a general manager and business owner, bringing skills necessary to organize and oversee an effective team. Targeting key areas such as efficiency and communication, Bryan’s management style offers Nexus clients the quality results they expect both on time and on budget.
Kari Buijs, Controller, CGA
Kari received her Bachelor of Accounting Science in 2005 and CGA designation in 2008.
She has worked in accounting departments of service industries, architecture services, and manufacturing. Kari joined Nexus in January 2011.
Elliott Steinberg, Senior Designer
Since Graduating from Syracuse University with a Cum Laude degree in Industrial Design, Elliott Steinberg has been working almost exclusively in the exhibit business. Beginning with three years at internationally renowned Levy Design Inc. of Portland Oregon, Elliott designed over 150 interactive exhibits for science centres across the United States as well as retail displays for Nike Inc. and others.
Since joining Nexus Exhibits over 5 years ago, Elliott has designed hundreds of trade show displays of all types and sizes, winning the accolades of clients and best-of-show awards.
Stuart Nelson, Account Manager
Stuart is an account manager with over 30 years of sales experience under his belt. After college, Stuart worked in sales for various large corporations including Sherwin Williams, one of the largest paint manufactures in North America. Stuart has been with Nexus for over 15 years.
Paul Redlich, Account Manager
Paul is a great negotiator and sales professional who is both fierce and tenacious in pursuing and closing a deal. His passion and zeal for closing deals is matched only by his great interpersonal relationships with his clients. Paul graduated from Simon Fraser University with a BA in Economics in 1992 and has been with Nexus Exhibits since 2001.
